WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I would only recommend purchasing equipment if you have space for it (if not you will have towel racks and machines covered in dust and taking up space). Counters, stairs and chairs are my favorite at home equipment! Resistance bands are a good option and budget friendly! :)

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Nope! Part of my training is teaching you proper nutrition along with exercise. Without nutrition guidance, I am not helping you reach and maintain you fitness goals.
